The conference purpose is to highlight discoveries, technologies and innovation on mechanisms, novel tools/approaches that aims to prevention and effective therapies for eye diseases
The Translational Initiative in Ophthalmology will bring together leading scientists, researchers, and top experts from academia and industry with the specific aim of establishing new research groups. In the stunning environment of Tuscany emerging topics and latest developments in ocular research will be discussed in order to identify translational innovative avenues of research.
The first meeting of TRIO will be held in San Quirico d’Orcia 2 – 5 April, 2012. The summit will feature plenary lectures and discussions aimed at establishing partnerships in research and business.
Participation is encouraged by ophthalmologists from academic centers and companies.
Research Groups will be formed at the Conference.
